In 2024, the IP Viet Nam examined 195 industrial property representation dossiers, including: 

• - 95 dossiers on recognition of industrial property representation service organizations;
• - 95 dossiers on modification of information relating to the organization (recording IP representatives, removing IP representatives, changing organizational addresses, etc.);
• - 05 dossiers on removement of the organization's name.

By the end of 2024, a total of 344 industrial property representation organizations were recognized and 587 individuals had been granted industrial property representation service practice certificates. 

In order to increase accessibility to information about industrial property representation service organizations and practicing individuals, the list of industrial property representation service organizations and individuals granted practice certificates is regularly updated on the IP Viet Nam's official website. 

Regarding operational efficiency, in 2024, the proportion of applications filed with the IP Viet Nam through industrial property representation service organizations continued to be at the high rate, i.e. about 63.23% of the total applications received by the IP Viet Nam, specifically: 

• - Patent applications: 91.86%
• - Utility solution applications: 41.03%
• - Industrial design applications: 76.32%
• - Trademark applications: 58.46%.
