On November 14, 2016, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular no. 263/2016/TT- BTC regulating the collection rates, regime of collection, payment, management and use of industrial property fees, which becomes effective on January 1, 2017 in place of Circular no. 22/2009/TT-BTC dated February 04, 2009. To facilitate the collection procedure, NOIP informs the temporary use of the attached templates for Industrial Property Registration Forms the attached templates for Industrial Property Registration Forms .
