Reducing industrial property administration fees to support and overcome difficulties for those affected by the Covid-19 epidemic 

From July 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, the industrial property administration fee will continue to be reduced by 50% to support and overcome difficulties for those affected by the Covid-19 epidemic. 

On June 24, 2021, the Minister of Finance issued Circular No. 47/2021/TT-BTC stipulating the rate of a number of fees and charges in order to support and overcome difficulties for those affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. 

Accordingly, from July 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, the industrial property administration fee will be reduced by 50% of the fee rate specified in Section A of the industrial property fee schedule issued in the Circular No. 263/2016/TT-BTC dated November 14, 2016. 

From January 1, 2022 onward, the industrial property fee will comply with the provisions of Circular No. 263/2016/TT-BTC.
